World Angels Shelters Organization (WASO) is a faith-based Non-Profit and Non- Governmental Organization initiated on January 1st, 2019, with operations in Rukiga District, Kigezi region in southwestern Uganda with the sole aim of building Biblical Generational Estate shelters for the Kingdom of God to the old citizens, regardless of gender or social-economic factors.

Emilly Twinamasiko founded WASO Organization on January 1st, 2019, and registered in December 1st, 2020 at Rukiga District level (based on community) and registered fully in October 21st, 2021 with National Bureau for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) by an individual Ms. Twinamasiko Emilly the vision bearer, a young philanthropist chosen by God, from a small village called Rukombe, Karorwa Parish, Bukinda Subcounty in Rukiga district, Kigezi region in south western Uganda. Emilly is based in the United States of America. She envisages a faith-based Seniors Center that will encompass self-contained Estate shelters with each estate having a house of worship “NAMELY ONE GOD CHURCH”, a hospital, a physiotherapy facility, recreational activities, a theatre hall, setup banks purposely for old persons ( a finance facility), each older person will have their own bank account, Schools for guidance and counseling services shall be established at each estate. Leaders elected at each estate Kingdom shall be known as Kings, and Queens and their mandate shall be to lead their respective Kingdoms righteously.  Religious leaders & servants of God will also be staying within each Kingdom Estate and many more.

At the inception, Emilly shared her vision with a team of three (3) people in January 1st, 2019; namely; Enid Katema her Mother, Nkurunungi Felix her friend, and Tusiime Henry a brother, who gladly joined her immediately in bringing the vision into reality, by starting to visit elderly person’s home to home especially those who were lonely, neglected, abused and isolated by their family members and relatives. The team has since grown to about 80 Volunteers from three 3 positively impacting the lives of over 1200 Elderly people for a period of three (3) years to 2022 in the Bukinda sub-county. WASO Organization supports all categories of Elderly persons aged from 60 to 100+years, the organization admits all genders and social-economic activities (poor or rich) in their respective capacities.

Emilly was filled and inspired by the Holy Spirit when she received a supernatural revelation of God’s “World Angels Shelters vision” direct from God in 2019.

Full of enthusiasm, Emilly started building the foundation of World Angels Shelters for God based on Bible scriptures by using Bible verses guided by the Holy spirit and a proclamation of the gospel of truth and spread the word of God a cross the world.

Emilly’s mega plan is to replicate the project of WASO in several regions in each country around the world by making the project a replica of New God’s Kingdom as a new thing that has never been existing on Earth guided by the Holy Spirit. WASO vision is a supernatural spiritual vision that conveys a revelation of God to man.

And then later Twinamasiko Emilly shared her vision with the people in the community which was so highly amazing to them. She told them how God revealed to her a revelation vision of World Angels Shelters.

WASO has now spread to many communities in Rukiga District reaching and touching the lives of over 1200 elderly people by 2022
