GOD’s MISSION:
To establish Regional (City/Village) Estate Shelters for Elderly (Aged70-100 +years) Individuals Worldwide, enhancing their quality of life and promoting a sense of community.

(i). To build a self-contained Biblical Generational Estates Shelters for the Elderly in New God’s Kingdom, with a Hospital, a Church, banks within their Estates, schools, T.V. Stations, Radio Stations, Factories, shopping centers, Markets, Farms, Regional Airports, God’s servants shelters, their elected leaders will be “Kings & Queens” elected by the Elderly people within their Estates.(Isiah 32:1), Helipads for Helicopters around each God’s Kingdom to help the elderly in the new God’s Kingdom and food & clothes etc. (1Corinthians17:9,Psalms82:3-4, 2Samuel 7:10, Isaiah 65:17-20, Isaiah 58:12, Isaiah 32:1,Daniel 2:44, Isaiah 58:12, Isaiah 61:4)

(ii). We hope to bring Gods’ people love, Justice, peace, unity, light to the world in the long run and work directly with the Government and other stakeholders. (1Corinthians 1:10, Isaiah 42:6-9, Isaiah 1:17).
iii. To improve the quality of life of the Elderly by building Estate Shelters that will include self-contained houses, a church, a physiotherapy facility, recreational activities, theatre hall, a hospital, a finance facility and many more.
iv. To support the Elderly by providing them with the God fearing environment where they will age with dignity and Godly values.

GOD’S GOALS
God’s goal is to enable all people in their elderly years of age to have a place to call home of righteousness, the environment that represents God fearing with Biblical values. Because when you get older, you are preparing to meet God your creator (Amos 4:12). Therefore, world Angels will prepare all older persons as a bride getting ready to meet the groom. The word of God will be in abundance in New God’s Kingdom, medical care, qualified care givers for Elderly in abundance and all kinds of good care will be available for older persons. so, it will be a place of holiness, purity, love, joyful, peaceful, Righteousness and unity in one God. Mica 4:1-3. Glory be to God.

World Angels bears the witnesses of our Lord Jesus Christ, which the vision bearer Emilly Twinamasiko witnessed that she went to heaven and spent there three days (3) in year 2000 and met Jesus face to face in heaven, she bears the truth as the Bible says that, Jesus is the only way, and the Truth and the life, and indeed no one will see the Father God except through Him, she said. Therefore, she said that she was given this assignment to build Biblical Generational shelters for the Kingdom of God and to prepare for the coming of the second of our Lord Jesus Christ. ULTIMATE GOAL OF GOD:
Revival, Restoration, and Reformation of the Earthly systems. says the Almighty God. (Jeremiah 30:18-22, Isaiah 43:18-19, Isaiah 65:17, Revelation 21:1-27, Isaiah 61:4, Isaiah 58:12)

NB: Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way In the wilderness and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:19).

GOD’S PURPOSE:
I. To uproot and expose the works/roots of the devil that God has not planted and build new God’s Kingdom through teaching the word of truth and preaching the word of God. (Galatians 5:19-26, Jeremiah 1:10, Mathew 15:15-20, Jer. 31:28, 1 John 5:19, Mathew 28:20, Ephesian5:11-14, Jeremiah 1:10.

II. To resist the influence of the devil in new God’s Kingdom in order to avoid injustice, violence, wars, conflicts, and divisions among God’s people, based on God’s laws, through teaching and preaching the word of God. (2Corinthians 6:14, Isaiah 1:17, 1John 5:19)

III. To promote and advocate for worldwide justice, peace, unity, love, and develop relations among people in all Nations for better standards of living based on God’s laws. Colossians 3:14,

IV. To build New God’s Kingdom shelters for His people to feel at home and enjoy the land of freedom especially for the elderly and the needy (1Chronicles 17:9, Rev.21:1-5, 2Peter 3:13, Isaiah 65:17-25, Isaiah 66:22-24, 2Samuel 7:10)

V. To build New God’s kingdom shelters for His people, with new leaders, in God’s Kingdom i.e.(kings & Queens for Elderly. behold, a king will reign in righteousness, and princess will rule with justice, Isaiah 32:1, Daniel 2:44), and new systems’ worldwide according/based on God’s laws, in this Earth and in the New Earth to come.

VI. To preach the Gospel of the NEW KINGDOM of GOD. Matthew 24:14-18. ( and this gospel of this Kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness unto all nations; and then the end will come. So when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand) and then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. (Mathew 24:14-30). Therefore, God told me I Emilly Twinamasiko after building His Kingdom Shelters and spreading His true gospel of this Kingdom, He will come to judge the world and that will be the end.

World Angels for the Kingdom of God aims to do the following but not limited:

World Angels vision will begin to build Estates Elderly’s in the four (4) Regions of Uganda i.e. Western Region, Eastern Region, Northern Region, and Central Region (with 111 district) prior to extend its services overtime in 195 countries and across the world (1Chronicles 17:9, Acts 2:17, Psalms 27:5)
3. Construct Big Estates for the Elderly aged 70 to 100+ in Regions. 1Cor.17:9, 2Samuel 7:10, John 14:12, Deut. 15:11.
4. To construct New Modern Big worship centers in Estates under the name “ONE GOD WORSHIP” (Temple of God)” within each God’s Kingdom Estate (Isaiah 61:1, Jeremiah 20:13, James 1:27).
5. To establish Regional Modern well-equipped Hospitals within Estates for promoting health through awareness, sensitization, and ease access of treatment for the Elderly. (Jeremiah 33:6-9)
6. To establish New Modern Schools (especially to those little children left with their grandparents either by death of their parents or neglected for any reason well known)
7. To establish Regional T.V stations purposely for the Elderly.
8. To establish Regional Radio stations purposely Elderly for easy communication.
9. To establish Safe Banking for seniors (SBFS) and incorporate Automated Teller Machines at each Estate shelter. (Matthew 25:27, Proverbs 21:5)
10. To establish Gas stations in Estates.
11. Establish Recreational centers e.g. Modern Restaurants, Hotels, Big shopping Malls/Market centers, etc. purposely for the seniors which will help to maintain keep run the Estates/vision smoothly.
12. To establish industrial resources centers like factories concerns Elderly’s necessities in community which will help to run the Estates/world Angels vision.
13. To establish Schools for counselling services for the elderly persons in the Estates.
14. To establish Regional Airport fields/Aircrafts around each Estate in all the four (4) regions of Uganda, later extend its services to other Nations in 195 countries around the world for easy transportation.
15. To build New Big Temples of God in Regions.
16. To build Big Strong Towers in Regions.

38. To advocate for rules &legislations and policies that will safeguard the interests of the elderly to partner with like-minded organizations, churches, government Institutions and philanthropist in making the objectives a reality.
39. Provide special care to the Elderly those who are lonely, neglected widows, abused, the discriminated, abandoned aged 70 to 100+ in their respective capacities, National and International. (1Timothy 5:9-11, Psalms 133:1, psalms 71:9, Isaiah 46:4)
40. To equip the elderly with recreational activities and skills to promote and preserve moral values, cultures, and tradition among communities. (Roman 12:6-9).
41. Manage and provide assistance living for elderly people living alone who cannot manage to take care of themselves or who have suffered discrimination, neglect, and abuse inflicted either by their family members or friends. (Psalms 82:3-4, Proverb 31:8-9
42. To promote advocacy and help formulate new policies that will protect the elderly from abuse, negligence and other problems that the elderly face (Proverb 31:8-9).

44. To empower the elderly to become job creators through entrepreneurship initiative. Proverb 21:5

46. To provide mental Health counselling services to the elderly community. (Hebrews. 13:16, Proverbs. 11:14).

To Manage and aid older persons living alone who cannot manage to take care of themselves at their too old age, and will be allowed to register themselves willingly, with their things/properties in the world Angels family, witnessed by local council governments to solve the problem of loneliness, age discrimination, neglected, and abuse inflicted either by their family members, relatives or friends. (Psalms 82:3-4, Proverb 31:8-9).
63. To prevent violence against the Elderly through sensitization and awareness(proverb 31:8-9)
64. To help each Elderly who will be staying in the WASO Estates to open up bank accounts free of charge, through which they will be getting some support and equal opportunities.
65. To protect the elderly against unscrupulous behaviors from family members including unnecessary court proceedings, forced decision making over inheritance & rogue matrimonial partners.
66. To advocate for increased access to equal quality care services to older people through appropriate policy and program interventions by the organization together with government and concerned agencies under the formulation of God’s Laws (Ecclesiastes 4:9, 1Peter 4:10-11, 1Timothy 4:14)
67. To make the project activities as sustainable as possible with the creation of older people forum at grassroots level to carry out the programs and advocacy independently.
68. To conduct public hearings on complaints of elderly and investigate and report to the government in writing facts, findings, and recommendations after using persuasion, mediation and conciliation before any public hearing and after making that person named in any report of investigation will be given the opportunity to be heard in public and Government before the board with the right to examine and cross examine. (Proverb 31:8-9)
69. To provide services and information to the Government and heads of all Government departments and agencies to achieve the purpose of the elderly. (Proverbs 31:8-9).
70. To cooperate with all villages, parishes, sub-counties, counties, Districts, cities, countries, states, Kingdoms and other Governmental agencies as well as Racial, Religious, Ethics, Nationality, educational, community, civic, fraternal, benevolent and other groups associations, societies and individuals with constructive talents and resources helpful in achieving mutual appreciation of privileges and the responsibilities of citizenship in a land of freedom. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, 1Corinthians 12:14, Hebrews 10:24-25, 3John 1:8)
71. To cooperate directly with the governments in order to share new ideas based on Gods laws. (Ecclesiastes 4:9, 1Peter 4:10-11, 1Timothy 4:14)
72. To establish WASO Businesses’/shelters incorporated with income generating utilities to help run the Estates/vision.
73. God’s Kingdom vision will begin in Uganda and then extend it’s services to other Nations overtime in 195 countries across the world. ( Joel 2:28, Acts 2:17, Acts 18:9, 1Chronicles 17:9-10).
